Curriculum Trajectory
1. Servant Leadership Book Study
We start off the year with a deep dive into a book study and discussion of Servant Leadership, developing the character and skills necessary to succeed in life and positively influence those around us in our personal and professional roles.
2. Constitution Alive! Course
Next, we establish a foundational knowledge of our nation’s constitutional principles and founding documents, discovering both our rights and responsibilities as American citizens. Our study includes the popular Constitution Alive! course taught by David Barton and Rick Green.
3. American Citizenship & Its Decline Course
Finally, we wrap up the year with a look at Western Civilization and citizenship, exploring the historical decline of liberty and self-governance, including an analysis of current events, and discover practical ways we can contribute to the restoration of our country and the ideals it was founded upon. We’ll hear from noted Hillsdale professor Victor Davis Hanson, as he discusses these topics in his course about American Citizenship and Its Decline.
